OUR PROCESS
CONSULTATION
We begin each project with two key events: a personal meeting between our landscape designer and our clients, and a comprehensive site analysis. These important events are the framework for our design.
DESIGN
We create a unique concept for each project based on the opportunities and constraints of your property and goals. We illustrate the concept via sketches, diagrams and for larger projects a complete 3D design rendering.
PROPOSAL
Our team will translate your design into a financial proposal outlining the costs of materials and services. In instances where there are varying options we will provide price details for those options so you can select what’s best for budget.
COORDINATION
We’ll schedule our services with you and any other exterior contractors you may be using for other areas of your outdoor project such as pool and hardscape contractors. We’ll work to align schedules for site prep, grading, relocation of existing vegetation, drainage and irrigation.
DELIVERY AND INSTALL
Once your site is prepared we’ll deliver and begin installing your new plants, sod and ground coverings.
FINISHED PROJECT
Following installation, a member of our team will walk you through your new landscaping so you understand any maintenance requirements.
